Fallings Rains

The falling rains came over our land and refreshed everything. It brought peace at dawn, when the ground was still wet and the clouds stayed, while the sun was late to shine. Aha, this is peace in my little space in this wide world. I come here each morning and relish the stillness of each moment. I come as I am, to this place of awesome serenity of spirit, mind and heart. I wonder why peace is not found by those who seek too far. It is all because peace is simply right here, in my right place, while being embraced by God in the falling rains!
